I love, love ramen. I also love to eat a lot of vegetables and unprocessed foods. Today the majority of the ramen that is consumed comes from a packet and is really more of a junk food because of its high salt and refined carbohydrate content and low vegetable content…. do those dehydrated flakes of onion and carrot even count???

It doesn’t need to be this way! Ramen can and should be a very sophisticated and highly nutritious meal. In this fun and informative class you will learn how to build a savory, rich broth that is 100% plant based. We will be using all sorts of umami rich ingredients like miso, seaweed, tamari, onions and mushrooms to enrich the broth base. There is even a secret ingredient that will take the whole thing up to 11.
